Redfield Binoculars

Even though Redfield Binoculars are primarily aimed at hunters and wildlife observers, the Redfield Renegade model offers a degree of performance at a price that will be of much interest to stargazers and amateur astronomers.

They offer leading-edge, fully multi-coated lenses and premium BAK4 prisms with unrivalled brightness, resolution, and edge clarity, while the armored aluminum body ensures durability.

The Porro prism is an efficient design producing unbelievable image reproduction and depth of field, and the twist up/down eyecups make certain of a perfect fit for all users including those who wear eyeglasses.

As we age our eyes become less flexible, and as a result someone over 40 will probably have a 5mm pupil at most which makes these binoculars particularly interesting.

It is worth noting, that to get the best from your binoculars you do need fully-multi-coated lenses for optimum light transmission. If light passes through uncoated optics, as much as 50% of light scatters and will never reach your eyes.
The Redfield 10x50mm provides the optimum balance of magnification and exit pupil size for practically all types of recreation and sporting activity.

The heavy duty focusing knob means there is no fumbling about viewing celestial objects on a cold evening even if you're wearing gloves.

Redfield Renegade 7x50 binoculars are also available for those who require less magnification. Either way these binoculars look to be a promising choice for the amateur astronomer.

A soft case with comfortable neoprene neckstrap, and robust lens cover is also included.
