Jersey Astronomy Club

The Club was formed by a small group of enthusiasts more than 20 years ago. In 2004 a purpose built centre named the Sir Patrick Moore Astronomy Centre was opened for those interested in astronomy.

Novice astronomers are encouraged to seek advice at any of our meetings.

If you have recently bought a telescope (or have one lying around gathering dust) and want to know how to get the best out of it - come along to one of the Club meetings and our members will see if they can give you some usueful tips!

The Jersey Astronomy Club holds its monthly Club meeting on the second Monday of every month (except in August when there is no Club meeting). Start time is 8:00 p.m.

Please note children cannot be left unattended and must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
